Prohibited Content
No misleading claims, price manipulation, spam tactics, or content that conflicts with AUREMI's brand values. Maintain the integrity and premium positioning of the brand in all communications.
Terms & Conditions
1. Partnership Agreement
By applying to the AUREMI Design Partner Program, you agree to these terms and conditions. This partnership is non-exclusive, allowing you to work with other brands. Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days written notice to affiliates@auremihome.com.
2. Commission Structure
Partners earn 12% commission on net sales (excluding taxes, shipping, and returns) generated through their unique affiliate link. Commissions are calculated on completed orders only, after the standard return period has expired (30 days from delivery).
3. Payment Terms
Payments are processed monthly via our partner platform once you reach the $50 minimum threshold. Unpaid balances below $50 automatically roll over to the following month. Partners are responsible for all applicable taxes on commission income. For US-based partners earning over $600 annually, a W-9 form is required.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
AUREMI retains all rights to its trademarks, logos, product images, and brand assets. Partners may use approved marketing materials only as provided in the partner asset library. You may not modify AUREMI's logo, brand assets, or intellectual property without express written permission.
5. Brand Protection & Reputation
Partners must maintain AUREMI's brand integrity and premium reputation at all times. All content must align with brand guidelines and positioning. AUREMI reserves the right to request removal of any content that misrepresents the brand, violates guidelines, or damages our reputation.
6. FTC Compliance Requirements
Partners must comply with all Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines regarding endorsements, testimonials, and affiliate relationships. All promotional content must clearly and conspicuously disclose the partnership relationship using appropriate hashtags or written disclosures visible to your audience.
7. Prohibited Activities
Partners may not engage in: (a) self-referral or fraudulent purchases using their own link; (b) cookie stuffing, link manipulation, or other deceptive tracking practices; (c) spam, unsolicited marketing, or aggressive sales tactics; (d) misleading advertising, false claims, or misrepresentation of products; (e) trademark bidding on AUREMI brand terms in paid search; (f) any activity that damages AUREMI's reputation or violates applicable laws.
8. Termination Rights
AUREMI reserves the right to terminate any partnership immediately for: violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, brand misrepresentation, failure to comply with FTC requirements, or at its sole discretion with 30 days notice. Upon termination, all unpaid commissions above the $50 threshold will be paid within 60 days.
9. Liability & Indemnification
Partners agree to indemnify and hold AUREMI harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from their promotional activities, content creation, or violation of these terms. AUREMI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Confidentiality
Partners must maintain strict confidentiality of any proprietary information, unreleased product details, pricing strategies, or business information shared by AUREMI. This obligation continues even after partnership termination.
11. Data Privacy
AUREMI collects and processes partner information (name, contact details, payment information, performance data) in accordance with applicable data privacy laws including GDPR and CCPA. Partner data is used solely for program administration, payment processing, and performance tracking. We will not share your information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the state where AUREMI is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with commercial arbitration rules, with proceedings conducted in English. Each party bears its own legal costs unless otherwise awarded.

All tracking is managed through your secure partner dashboard in Shopify Collabs, where you can monitor clicks, conversions, pending commissions, and earnings in real-time. You'll receive detailed monthly performance reports.
Can I earn commissions on products purchased for client projects?
Absolutely! Interior designers, architects, and stylists can earn commissions on products purchased for client projects using their unique partner link. This is one of the most valuable benefits for design professionals.
What happens if a customer returns a product I recommended?
Commissions are only paid on completed sales. If a product is returned within our 30-day return window, the commission for that sale will be deducted from your account balance before the next payment cycle.
What if my application is not approved?
We encourage you to continue developing your portfolio and aesthetic. You're welcome to reapply after 6 months. We look for strong brand alignment, content quality, and professional presentation.
