Processing & Fulfillment Time

Standard Processing: 2-5 business days
Peak Season Processing: 5-7 business days (holidays and promotional periods)

Once your order is confirmed, our fulfillment partners begin preparing your items with meticulous care. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.


Delivery Timeframes

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Delivery: 7-12 business days after processing
  • Expedited Delivery: 5-7 business days after processing (select items only)

International Shipping:

  • Canada: 10-15 business days
  • Europe (UK, EU): 12-18 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 15-20 business days
  • Rest of World: 15-25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on supplier location, customs clearance, and local carrier schedules.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Destination address
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

Free Shipping Threshold: Orders over $200 USD qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.


International Orders - Customs & Duties

For international shipments, please note:

✓ Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees
✓ These charges are determined by your country's customs authority
✓ Fees are typically collected upon delivery and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs
✓ AUREMI has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount

Every AUREMI piece is a work of art. Our fulfillment partners use:

✓ Quality inspections before shipping

Items including ceramic vases, glassware, lighting fixtures, and wall art receive extra cushioning and "Fragile" handling labels.


Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Need to send gifts to different locations? Simply place separate orders for each shipping address. Each order will be carefully packaged and shipped independently.


Delivery Issues & Damaged Items

We stand behind every shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or has delivery issues:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@auremihome.com (within 48 hours of delivery)
  2. Provide photos of any damage (packaging + product)
  3. We'll resolve it fast
    • replacement or full refund, your choice

Lost Packages: If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us within 48 hours. We'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.


Shipping Restrictions

Due to carrier limitations, we currently cannot ship to:

  • PO Boxes (for large furniture items)
  • Military APO/FPO addresses (select items only)

Peak Season & Holidays

During high-volume periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, December holidays), please allow:

  • Additional 2-3 days for processing
  • Potential carrier delays beyond our control
