Hassle-Free Returns - 30 Days
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item.

What We Accept:
- Items in original, unused condition
- Original packaging and tags intact
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation)

Simple Return Process
Step 1: Email us at support@auremihome.com with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Brief reason (helps us improve)

Step 2: Our team responds within 24 hours with return instructions
Step 3: We coordinate directly with our fulfillment partners to arrange 
your return
Step 4: Once inspected and approved, your refund is processed within 
10 business days to your original payment method

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take full responsibility. If you receive anything damaged, defective, 
or incorrect:
✓ Contact us immediately at support@auremihome.com with photos
✓ We will coordinate the return at no cost to you
✓ Choose a replacement or full refund - your choice

Return Shipping
- Our error (damaged/defective/wrong item): We cover all costs
- Change of preference: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility 
(costs vary based on supplier location and item size)
- We'll always provide the most economical return option

Items We Cannot Accept
For health, safety, and quality reasons:
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Perishable items
- Hazardous materials
- Final sale items (clearly marked)
- Gift cards

No Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and 
place a new order for your preferred piece.

EU customers may have additional rights under local consumer protection
